Firstly, may I take this opportunity to reach out to all our valued customers and pass on our best wishes to you, your colleagues and families during this unprecedented time of this COVID 19 pandemic.
Further to receiving confirmation on 25th March from the Garage Equipment Association, the Government has identified Garages and MOT stations as essential workplaces and their employees as key workers during this period of ‘lockdown’ that will now undoubtedly run for the next three weeks and beyond pending further announcements.
During this period of ‘lockdown’ as an identified key service, we must ensure that as appointments are met, social distancing and personal hygiene are practised to ensure the health and safety of both customers and staff.
With this in mind, I would like to assure you that RW Garage Equipment will continue to operate as a business during this period; be it carrying our repairs, services, calibrations or installations.
In an effort to minimise the risk of cross contamination, we wish to offer you our services outside normal working hour parameters should you so wish.
I can assure you that all hygiene and safety measures applicable to the needs of the current situation are taken by RWGE staff. We have been monitoring employees and hygiene protocols throughout this crisis; we will endeavour to continue to practice such measures whilst meeting any of your requirements.
Before we attend your premises, one of our team will be in touch to confirm both the appointment requirements and the Health and Safety arrangements prior to the visit.
